Q: VML 251
yes i have been given keppra for migraine headaches also topomax,also
would you know of a few medications that have seratonin in them?have you heard
aboutvml 251 from vanguard?please try to help me with
these questions?

Had to look it up. I saw that it's in testing. No experience with
it -- had to learn about it from you! I'll keep watching (you know, my
usual routine is to wait as long as possible, hopefully about 2 years, before
using a new medication, unless there is pressing reason to consider a new
medication. For example, I started using Neurontin when it first became
common in use in psychiatry, because it had been in use in neurology for quite a
while before that. It looked darn good for about a year, then it slowly
dawned on me that people got better but didn't stay better and that there were
quite a few people who got worse on it (some slowly, some right away) just as
though it were an antidepressant, which now we can see that it rather is.
So though it's nice to know that there are going to be new options in the
future, I'd urge you to be cautious -- let somebody else figure out what the
real problems are). Good luck to you.
